Fostering Psychological Safety

Psychological safety is essential for creating a positive work environment that nurtures and supports individuals and teams, leading to better outcomes for both the organisation and its employees. Psychologically safe workplaces encourage each individual to show up as themselves, bringing improved wellbeing and confidence.

This workshop supports you in building the elements needed for a psychologically safe environment, understand each stage of psychological safety at work.

The Gift of Feedback

Research from Gallup shows that most employees are unhappy with the feedback they receive. It is either too direct or too soft. And yet as humans we have an inherent nature to grow and so we thrive off feedback. The problem is that we don’t have the skills to give and receive feedback that is both useful and impactful.

The Art of Listening & Being Heard

As a society we are bad at listening. Listening is a critical skill, whether you are interviewing for your first job or leading a multinational company, it is a skill that requires effort and intentionality. Yet very few of us have had any formal listening training and our increased connections through social media exacerbate this issue. Poor listening prevents us from achieving our potential; it impedes our relationships and limits our knowledge intake.

In this workshop we will guide you through the methods of listening and provide you with effective communication techniques in increase the impact of your communication.

Conflict in the Workplace

Within a team it is inevitable that we will encounter differences of opinion. Most of us actively avoid conflict, but left unresolved conflict can lead to further problems of hostility and disengagement, affecting more than just the individuals initially involved. Within a team each individual may react to change differently, making it difficult for leaders who can often focus on the event, rather than the transition.
